Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your game account and the data linked to it in these apps from the developer Wyntersoft:

  • Torque Tower
  • Twist Off
  • Beaker Buddies
  • Far Shore
  • Hue Hew

You do not need to sign up to play, so your game account is created for you when you first open the game. Deleting it takes effect straight away and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the game and tap Privacy & Support. This opens the game’s Settings screen.
  2. Find the Delete account row and tap Delete my account.
  3. Follow the steps on screen to confirm.

Ask us to delete your account by email

If you cannot use the app, email hello@wyntersoft.com and ask us to delete your account. We do not have your email address on file, so we need a way to find your account: include your support code. You can find it on the same Privacy & Support screen, in the Support row, and tap Copy to copy it. Tell us which game you play.

What is deleted

  • Your game account and the identifiers that link your device to it
  • Your saved progress, lives, unclaimed rewards and in-game wallet
  • Any sign-in with Google or Sign in with Apple linked to the account
  • The link between your account and anything you bought, such as ad removal
  • Your support code

The game also stops sending gameplay analytics from that install and starts a new random analytics identifier. Gameplay analytics are not linked to your game account.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Records of purchases, refunds and ad rewards. These are accounting records. We keep them as tax and accounting law requires, linked to the deleted account’s identifier for up to 7 years, and we use them to stop one purchase being claimed twice.
  • A record that the deletion happened, so we can show we carried out your request.
  • Records of what our support staff did on your account, if they did anything, as a record of our own staff’s conduct.
  • Gameplay analytics and crash reports already sent. These are kept for up to 24 months, as our privacy policy describes.

Our privacy policy has more about the data our games collect.
